Inspect interior and exterior of building before any work begins and document any pre-existing water damage. Any pre-existing damage should be brought to the attention of David Meyer immediately so that the owner or agent can be informed of this condition. |

No work should be started that can not be completed or properly protected at the end of the work day. |

Temporary coverings should be easily accessible for controlling exposure to rain. |

Tie-in between new work and existing work should be secured at the end of each day to insure its water tightness. |

Roof drains should be fully functional and sealed at the end of the day to insure water cannot enter the structure through faulty drain integrity. |

Insure that all materials and equipment are secured against weather at the end of the day. |
