Water Damage Prevention Program

Inspect interior and exterior of building before any work begins and document any pre-existing water damage. Any pre-existing damage should be brought to the attention of David Meyer immediately so that the owner or agent can be informed of this condition.
No work should be started that can not be completed or properly protected at the end of the work day.
Temporary coverings should be easily accessible for controlling exposure to rain.
Tie-in between new work and existing work should be secured at the end of each day to insure its water tightness.
Roof drains should be fully functional and sealed at the end of the day to insure water cannot enter the structure through faulty drain integrity.
Insure that all materials and equipment are secured against weather at the end of the day.

In the event of water damage, please notify David Meyer immediately so that we can adequately assess the situation and abate the problem.
